Must have/meet:
  • Children age 17 and younger upon intake (age out at 21 years)
  • Children with emotional, behavioral, intellectual, medical or physical challenges which are not typically addressed in traditional foster care
  • Foster and adoptive parents must be age 21 and older and live within 60 miles of office
