Low-income single parents (including pregnant women) who have a General Educational Development (GED) certificate or high school diploma and want to attain a college degree, and foster alumni without children. Fees

FEES: No fees for program services. Housing residents pay rent according to HUD guidelines (approximately 30% of income); call for information.
