SEARCH TERMS: Friendly Visiting
Provides outreach services for older adults. Services include information and referral, nutritional services, and health-related counseling. Also, volunteers visit older shut-ins on a regular basis and spend time with them. In addition, volunteers call older clients at a preset time to make sure they are doing well.
